It appears that some good is coming after the transition pains faced with Amazon’s $970 million purchase of Twitch. Comedian Will Ferrell teamed up with Twitch to raise funds for the Cancer for College fund (which helps cancer survivors achieve a college education) and

Donating $10 to the cause gives you a chance to win a live broadcast 2-hour gameplay session with Will. At the very least, a donation of $10 nets you some good karma as well as a $5 Amazon gaming credit. If you’re feeling particularly generous, a $1,500 donation gets you a video message from Will.

More Super Smash Bros. Characters Leaked

Shortly following the leaks that Bowser Jr, Ganondorf, Shulk, & others will be playable characters in Super Smash Bros., live streams from an early Japanese release of the 3DS game have confirmed an additional slew of characters.

Included in the stream are Dark Pit, the Duck Hunt Dog, NES, Falco, and Alph. Also confirmed are the 7 Koopalings as alternate costumes for Bowser Jr. as well as Shadow Mario who appears in Bowser Jr’s Final Smash.

The Japanese release happens this weekend and will surely bring us some more information about unlockables and some of the rumored DLC characters.

GTA 5 release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC announced

Rockstar Games announces a November 18th GTA 5 release for PS4 and Xbox One while PC users will be waiting until January 27th to play.

The re-release for next-gen consoles will bring with it many technological improvements as well as tangible additions like new weapons, vehicles, wildlife, as well as over 100 new songs and mixes for the in-game radio.
