Pokémon now wild on the App Store

No longer just a tease, the Official “Pokémon Trading Card Game” app is now available for iPad on the App Store. While this is merely a port of the online game already available, it is new territory for a Nintendo game to be making an appearance on a non-Nintendo device.

The game is available for free immediately and any existing progress you’ve made in the online version will be carried with you in the mobile port.

Go check out the game on the App Store.

“Super Smash Bros. for 3DS” released

Last but not least, for those of you who have tired of the demo with only one map and a small handful of playable characters, rejoice! The handheld version of one of Nintendo’s arguably most-anticipated releases is now available.

A day-one update is available for the game and is required for any online gaming. The update also contains some balance adjustments for characters. Don’t worry, Nintendo promises the update won’t cause you to lose any save data if you already have some hours logged.

Nintendo has still not announced a solid release date for the Wii U version, but “Super Smash Bros. for 3DS” is currently available for download in the eShop.
